  • Introduction Course:  

      In these courses, you will receive a thorough introduction to Iyengar Yoga and have the opportunity to try if Iyengar Yoga is       right for you. After the course, you can continue with Level 1 or Level 1-2..

 

  • Basic Level::  

     Suitable for those who are curious about yoga, beginners who want to know what yoga can offer. The basics of yoga are at the        heart of the teachings, through the practice of yoga poses; asanas – the physical part of yoga practice. All instruction is adapted        to your body and its unique conditions and potential challenges.

     The basic level is also suitable for those who have been practicing yoga for a few years, as there is room for growth in all groups,      and you, as an individual, will meet where you are and be challenged accordingly. Great emphasis is placed on the body’s              mobility and strength in the yoga poses. You will be taught standing poses, twists, forward bends, and backbends. Inversions such      as headstands and shoulder stands will be introduced, along with meditation in the form of pranayama, with a focus on the body’s      breath.

  • Level 1​ :

      For those who want to try Iyengar Yoga, and also for those who have attended an introduction course. Here you will receive a           thorough introduction to Iyengar Yoga. We practice the basic poses (asanas), with a strong focus on standing positions. More            poses will be added over time. Everyone can join this course. The practice is adapted to your own and the group’s abilities. After        the course, you can choose whether to continue for a while in Level 1 or move on to the Level 1-2 courses.

  • Kids yoga :

       Yoga that strengthens motor skills and movement while giving children access to the calm-and-relaxation system through exercises t        they learn. The class alternates between physically challenging asanas (yoga poses) and calming, meditative parts. (The class is          well-suited for children between 4 to 11 years old).
